We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support the planning and deployment of field-based operational teams across multiple customer sites nationwide. This is not a traditional administration role.

You'll thrive if you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, juggling multiple priorities and keeping operations moving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

* Coordinating field-based engineers and technicians

* Managing both planned and reactive resource requirements

* Supporting workforce planning and scheduling activities

* Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders daily

* Tracking resource availability and assignments

* Following up on outstanding actions and ensuring plans remain on track

* Maintaining accurate planning records and documentation

* Supporting continuous improvement across planning and operations

About you

We're open to a range of backgrounds, but you'll likely have experience in:

* Resource planning

* Service coordination

* Workforce scheduling

* Operations support

* Logistics coordination

* Engineering administration

* Dispatch or control room environments

You'll be:

* Highly organised

* Calm under pressure

* Proactive and resilient

* Comfortable managing changing priorities

* Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders

* Able to build relationships quickly

* Someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment
