Resource Management Senior Associate

Support the allocation of staff to client engagements across service lines, with primary focus on Tax. Maintain a detailed understanding of individual skills, experience levels, training pathways and development goals to support fair and effective deployment. Manage competing priorities during peak demand periods, resolving clashes and escalating conflicts where required to protect delivery quality. Ensure non-client commitments (training, internal projects, study leave) are accurately reflected in resourcing systems. Workforce Planning & Utilisation Support reallocation activity in response to business change, restructures or demand shifts. Design and implement improved resourcing processes with the ability to flex model to new circumstances. Strong experience in resource management, workforce planning or operational staffing deployment within professional services or complex delivery environments. Proven ability to manage utilisation, capacity and demand data with a high level of accuracy. Advanced Excel skills. Experience producing management information and insight for senior stakeholders. The confidence and collaboration skills to partner with the business and influence and challenge constructively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make balanced decisions in fast-paced environments. Experience working with offshore delivery centres is a plus.
