We are seeking an organised, and people-focused Resource Manager to join our client an award winning creative production studio based in London. The role offers flexibility and ownership making it ideal for someone returning from a career break, stepping back from a more senior role, or seeking meaningful work across a shorter week.
The Role
As Resource Manager, youâll play a central role in ensuring the creative and production teams are staffed effectively, projects are resourced smoothly, and workloads remain balanced across the studio.
Youâll work closely with producers, creatives, leadership, and freelancers to align people, timelines, and project priorities. Helping the business operate efficiently while supporting a positive and sustainable team culture.
This role can be worked as:
- 3 full days per week, or
- 4â5 shorter days across the week
depending on what works best for you and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day resource scheduling across creative and production teams
- Coordinate freelancer bookings, onboarding, and availability tracking
- Work with producers and department leads to allocate talent across projects
- Monitor team capacity and flag resourcing challenges early
- Maintain accurate scheduling and workflow systems
- Support smooth communication between departments and external collaborators
- Help improve resource planning processes and studio operations
- Ensure projects are staffed efficiently while supporting team wellbeing
- Assist with wider operational coordination when needed

This is a Hybrid role with Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office based in London, £35,000â£45,000 FTE depending on experience.
