Hybrid - Solihull twice a week

£50,000 - £65,000 + car allowance

We are looking for an experienced resource planning manager with a can-do attitude, however the right candidate would also have a strong background in PMO (ideally in a management role)

Role Requirements

• Security clearance at BPSS required.
• Role will be linked to Solihull address for 2 days per week
• Resourcing in Servicenow would be advantageous but not essential
• Understanding of a bid process would also be advantageous but not essential

Salary and Benefits

• Salary for the role is £50,000 - £65,000

The idea of the role is that the right candidate would be able to come in and run resource management for the DDaT team will developing a resource planning analyst to create future succession, while also managing and developing the PMO team which is a team of 5, ranging from a PMO specialist to PMO analysts.
