Location: London (Waterloo) | Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 + Commission

Carriera is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Resourcer to support our busy consultants in sourcing top talent across the property and construction sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment - with a clear path to consultant level.

Role responsibilities:

• Identify and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Write and post engaging job adverts
• Qualify CVs, conduct initial candidate calls, and manage interview processes
• Provide administrative and market research support to the wider team

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A keen interest in property, construction and recruitment
• Previous experience in a recruitment or sales support role (preferred)
