Resourcer

Murphy is recruiting for a Resourcer  to work with our internal recruitment team based at Golborne. 

We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team initially on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the view to going permanent. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Murphy.

A day in the life of a Murphy Resourcer

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and networking


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for volume roles across white collar roles


• Screen CV’s and conduct initial candidate qualification calls 


• Working closely with the Resourcing Business Partners to understand role requirements


• Conduct market mapping and competitor research


• Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


• Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages

• 2-3 years recruitment agency experience


• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing


• Familiarity with ATS systems, CV Databases and LinkedIn Recruiter


• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously


• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques


• Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
