We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer to join our established Bolton team, working across our most successful sections.

You’ll learn recruitment properly, working one-to-one with experienced consultants who’ll coach, challenge and support you.

High performers can progress through our clear 7‑stage development pathway.

What you’ll be doing

* Attracting and engaging potential candidates

* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

* Screening and qualifying candidates for live roles

* Working closely with Senior Consultants on vacancies and shortlists

What you’ll bring

* Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or customer service

* Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine drive to succeed

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work well in a team and independently
