The Role:

Every great recruiter starts by learning how to find the best talent.

As a Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging healthcare professionals who are in demand across the UK and Ireland.

This is where you build the skills that make great recruiters — communication, persuasion, market awareness and relationship building.

For ambitious people with the right attitude, this role is the perfect entry point into a long-term career in recruitment.

Essential Requirements

1. 1–2 years' experience in a recruitment or customer-facing role, demonstrating the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and develop long-term talent pipelines.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer experience focus and the ability to build lasting relationships.

3. Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

4. High attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.

5. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using recruitment, CRM or other digital systems.

Desirable Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent experience

• Experience in healthcare recruitment

• Experience using ATS/CRM System
