Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Consultant

Looking for an enthusiastic self starter, who is looking for a career in Recruitment, to start as either a Resourcer - helping to find candidates for the Recruitment Consultants, or as a Junior Recruitment Consultant to work on their own jobs against monthly sales targets.

To apply for this role you must have excellent communication skills and be confident on the phone.

Previous telephone based customer service or telesales experience would be useful.

This is an office based role working Mon - Friday 0900 - 17:30 out of our office in South Croydon - CR0 1ET.
We do not offer home or flexible working, applicants need to live a reasonable commute of Croydon.

Basic salary on £24000. Realistic OTE after year 1 of around £40K including commission.
