Resourcing Advisor - Immediate

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of a Resource Advisor to join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Attend briefings before deployment into each area.
Deliver the information booklet to each household / business in each project area.
Collate and return all completed questionnaires to the project officer.
Maintain a high level of customer care and deal with internal and external customers of the service either face-to-face or by telephone and e-mail as required.
A full, current driving license.
Effective communication skills with the ability to provide information to and handle complaints from the public.
A good standard of literacy, including the ability to create and maintain computer records.
Dealing with members of the public as part of daily duties in a face-to-face environment.
