About the Role: As a Resourcing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Recruitment Team to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all involved. Your contributions will help us find the right candidates for various roles, including police officers and specialist positions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Recruitment Team with day-to-day administrative tasks Organizing recruitment activities across various roles Creating and sending emails, letters, and other important documents Keeping records up to date on computer systems Responding to basic queries via phone, email, and in person, or directing them to the appropriate person Assisting with general tasks to promote team efficiencyWhy This Role Matters: In this role, you'll be crucial in helping us recruit the right people. Your organizational skills and support will ensure that applicants and colleagues enjoy a fair and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For in You:
A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration (or similar), or relevant experience in an admin role Some experience with administrative tasks, such as organizing information and supporting a team Comfort with entering and retrieving information on computer systems Experience in a customer-focused environment, or confidence in interacting with people A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively Clear communication skills, both written and verbal IT skills and confidence using everyday systems and toolsWhy Join Us?
