Resourcing Consultant

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Consultant to join our growing Pre-Employment Team based at our Head Office in Newton Aycliffe. You will be working in a vibrant and busy office within an excellent working environment. Responsible for contacting candidates over the phone, who have applied for various positions across the North East.

Resourcing ConsultantDuties and Responsibilities:

• To be actively involved in the recruitment and interview process of candidates for various positions
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract candidates
• Match individuals to specific employment opportunities
• Carry out in-depth screening and application via telephone
• To assist and support recruitment consultants with the recruitment process
• To liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• To keep company CRM systems up to date at all times
• Any other ad hoc duties

Resourcing ConsultantApplicants:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Must be driven and motivated

Salary is up to £24,603.15. Working Monday to Thursday, 8.30am until 5pm and Friday 8.30am until 4pm.
