Onsite GP.Are you an experienced recruiter, Internal Recruiter, Talent acquisition partner in the West Midlands looking for a new opportunity?We're recruiting for a global, well established business with a rich history and a bright future. They've invested heavily over the decades they've been manufacturing and selling products for. This role is key to their growth.The role is all about bringing the best people into the business, planning, pipelining and ensuring the recruitment process is slick.It's important you're analytical, there'll be reporting on various metrics for the HR/people team.You'll be working with universities on their early years recruitment, helping hiring managers with roles from Graduates to Board level and everything in between.You'll need 5 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, previous exposure to HR would be beneficial, as would a CIPD but it's not essential.Get in touch with Adam at Stirling Warrington to discuss this role in more detail.
