We're looking for a passionate and visionary leader to serve as the Responsible Individual for Children’s Regulated Residential Services. In this pivotal senior position, you’ll oversee the launch and ongoing excellence of new children’s homes and supported accommodation for care leavers.

• Oversee the operational management and line management of new children's homes and a large, supported accommodation facility.
• Ensure all services comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Lead the quality assurance functions for designated, externally commissioned residential services.
• Support the implementation of improvement and transformation plans to enhance outcomes for children.
• Collaborate with health partners and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated, trauma-informed care.
• Drive continuous service development to achieve outstanding outcomes for all children and young people in our care.

• Extensive UK experience in statutory children’s social care, working with children and families.
• Proven leadership in managing registered children’s homes, preferably within local authorities.
• Skilled in overseeing large budgets and managing resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of local authority governance and political frameworks in children’s services.
• Holds a relevant leadership or management qualification.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.
• Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
