Restaurant and Bar Manager

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager who will be the vital support to the management team. Our Restaurant and Bar manager will be responsible for our all-day dining restaurant concept and motivating our Restaurant and Bar team while supporting the back office.

you must be a strong leadership entrepreneur skill and have a great ambition to progress and create a fun and safe atmosphere.

What we're looking for in a Restaurant and Bar Manager

:
Responsible for supporting the Operation Manager in the management of the entire restaurant and bar operations.
Oversee & Manage all areas of the restaurant, bar and room service
People Management and Interviewing & Hiring Employees
A passion for hospitality and a desire to anticipate & exceed guest expectations
A desire to embrace and promote a people driven culture within Chelsea Harbour Hotel
Proven track record of leadership and team development
Dealing with and effectively resolving or if necessary escalating, customer queries, complaints and feedback
