Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their Michelin Star restaurant and hotel The restaurant offers great service in a small and intimate setting. This creates an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with AAA Rosette or Michelin Star experience or a Deputy General Manager of a bigger property with a AAA rosette or Michelin Star restaurant.

* Michelin Star or 3AA Rosette experience essential
* Stable work history
* Excellent training and team development skills

* Good working knowledge of wines
