Open from early until 10p.m (7 day operation) – Attracting good repeat custom – this buzzing operation offers a 70 cover dining experience

Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a professional and dedicated floor team of 12 ( on rota) to deliver the highest levels of service 

You will play an integral part in team training and development and assist with other responsibilities including, stock control, financial management and business marketing

Working 5 days out of 7 averaging 40 -45 hours ( straight shifts) , this fantastic position offers a friendly and supportive working environment.

Candidate Profile

Min. 12 months as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a comparable (Brasserie / Gastro style) business ,previous bar and cocktail knowledge would also be required

Passion for delivering the highest customer service 

Good all round skill set – you will be very customer service focused and have real ability to deliver on the floor and lead by example.

You will have experience in busy, fast paced establishments and effective experience of training staff and setting high standards of service 

Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role

Salary & Benefits

£28 k Basic Start Salary pa + tips circa 30 -32 k per annum 

Approx. 40 /45 hours per week (straight shifts 2 days off)

Shift patterns likely to be 8am - 4p.m - or 12/2 - 10p.m
