Restaurant & Bar Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team at the Bracken Hide our stunning four star wilderness hotel in Portree, Isle of Skye !
This is a full time, permanent role working 45 hours a week Monday through Sunday, 5 days a week, you will report into the Cluster Hotel Operations Manager and will manage the Am Braigh restaurant and breakfast team as well as the Snug bar.

The Bracken Hide is a new four-star wilderness hotel, which connects guests to the magic of the Island, the stunning land and seascapes and the nature that abounds. We are located on 52 acres to the west of Portree. Close enough to leave the car and walk into Portree.
