Join the premier destination in Belfast, renowned for its exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our reputation for excellent food and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring the highest quality services and experiences for our guests.
Lead a team of 15-20 staff, including supervisors, waitstaff, and bar staff, to deliver friendly and efficient service.
Collaborate with chefs and restaurant staff to drive sales and continually improve standards.
Manage staff coverage efficiently while achieving budgeted wage percentages.
Train and lead the team to consistently meet and exceed service standards.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant menus to assist with guest queries.
Stay informed about resort facilities to upsell and maximize profitability.
Uphold the Resort's appearance and grooming standards.
Monitor team adherence to Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
Participate in regular staff meetings and attend training sessions for personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 consecutive years of restaurant management/supervising experience.
Experience in a high-paced, busy restaurant environment.
Proficiency in opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliations and key holder duties.
Flexible approach to working shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Strong leadership, motivational, and team-inspiring abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and performance-driven focus on customer service.
Pride in delivering high standards of presentation, hygiene, and adherence to the brand.
