Restaurant / Kitchen/ Event Supervisors / Team Leaders - Transition to an office based career

At Jubilee Hospitality, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with a passion for Events, Catering & Hospitality.

The suited candidate will work as part of the Oxford team liaising with our Hospitality/ Chef / Event network, recruiting suited calibre candidates for our clients.

As a resourcer you will earn 25K- 26K basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission.

This role is perfect for someone who has a level of supervisory/ managerial experience within the Catering & Hospitality industry.

Recruitment Resourcer Highlights:

• Resourcers can expect a realistic earning potential 26-27k+ in the first 12 months (OTE) with uncapped bonus a huge earning potential in the long-term.
• Successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to a Trainee Recruiter within a well-established/ supportive team.
• Monday to Friday Office Hours.
• Occasional on call hours - on average 1 week every 2 months on a rota basis with days in Lieu.
• Working within a company that has 20 years of history supporting clients across the UK.
• Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) + approx. 5 additional days per year for on call.
