Our client a 5-star hotel near Bracknell are looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager for their Rosette restaurant.

Job Overview
*Ensure the seamless operation of all restaurant services by maintaining close collaboration with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager, and service team.
*Build and lead a well-organized food and wine service team, dedicated to providing exceptional guest care, delivering outstanding service, and consistently exceeding expectations

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
*To develop, implement & monitor appropriate service & performance standards to ensure consistently outstanding guest experience for guests
*To manage, monitor & continually improve service & operational systems to enable seamless guest relations & comply with Hotel guidelines
*To ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth
*To conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit
*To provide effective day-to day communication with guests, colleagues & teams

Requirements & Desirables:
*Hotel management diploma or university degree
*Previous experience in a five star environment
*Experience within a leadership role
*Fluent written and spoken English
*Sound knowledge of the hospitality industry
*Business acumen and experience of budget management
*Proven financial success and ability to analyse data
*Service excellence
*People management experience
*Driven
*Immaculate appearance
