What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Leading, training, and inspiring a team to deliver top-tier hospitality and professional growth
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
• Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
• Collaborating with the kitchen to design menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences
• Managing stock and inventory, and assisting with procurement as needed
• Driving local marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and attract new clientele

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation, safety, and compliance standards
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Cool under pressure, organised, and customer-service obsessed
• Bonus: Bartending experience (helpful, but not essential)

Job Details:

• Location: On-site (Live-out position)
• Salary: £30,000 per annum + tips
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday with weekend availability
