Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train restaurant staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement innovative menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Maintain inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring cost-effective ordering and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
