Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team at Lasan. Are you a hospitality professional looking for an exciting challenge? Are you a great communicator with a passion for guest service?

This could be the perfect opportunity for you. The stunning Lasan Restaurant is location in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. 

Our ideal Restaurant Manager will be:

• Genuinely passionate about working in hospitality and interacting with people;
• Highly guest focused;
• Confident and unflappable; 
• Able to co-ordinate team members to run service;

Our ideal Restaurant Manager will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Passion for delivering a high standard of service and willingness to develop;
• Excellent people skills with the ability to engage with guests and build instant rapport;
• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of specific business functions and take ownership of the resulting tasks;
• Ability to train and develop team members to reach their full potential;
• Proficient verbal and written command of English.
  

Relevant experience is very important for this position. We are looking for someone with the intelligence, intuition and motivation to excel in the role; constantly wanting to better themselves and over deliver. Relevant training will be provided, but we will only consider candidates who have the skills and characteristics listed above.
