About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our team. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth running of kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
* Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
About You:
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential.
