Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced ,ambitious, guest focused Restaurant Manager

to join the management team at the historic Castle Hotel, Conwy in North Wales.

As we prepare for Summer season 2024 we are looking for a leader to motivate the food and beverage team, support the General Manager and drive amazing service for our guests.

Skills and experience required for the role:
At least 2 years experience as an assistant manager/manager in a good quality restaurant operation
Knowledge and experience of working to labour budgets
Experience of recruiting, retaining and managing people
Able to demonstrate what excellent guest service looks like day to day.
Has an interest and knowledge of food and wines
