Purpose
As a RestaurantManager for MR PORTER London, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence, driving business success, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a leader with a passion for the culinary arts and a talent for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience
Responsibilities & Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager in an upscale dining environment.
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee staff training and development initiatives to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial targets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Be a visible, energetic leader to your team creating positive energy and a productive environment
Foster a culture of excellence among the team, providing guidance, support, and training.
Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to maintain MR PORTER's high standards.
Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
Drive promotional initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and engagement.
Carrying out all opening and closing procedures.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Living in London (flexible with commuting)
