Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at Casa do Frango Victoria.

Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants, which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “ A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”.

Casa do Frango Victoria:
155-covers dining space split in 2 floors, welcoming 1500 guests each week.
Large Mezzanine with its own bar, with expansive windows to overlook the street and the restaurant below.
The site also has a comfortable seating in our charming terrace for al fresco dining in the summer, accommodating 64 covers.

As a Restaurant Manager at Casa do Frango you are:
A people person - you'll collaborate closely with the GM to ensure both guests and team members are content. Your friendly demeaner and supportive nature helps foster a positive atmosphere.
Skilled in effective communication, with a keen eye for detail.
Dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience by consistently delivering outstanding service.
Enthusiastic about fostering the growth and development of your team through coaching, mentoring, motivation and training opportunities.
Experienced in managing systems and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsible for maintaining the restaurant's property, ensuring it is well-maintained and the site is kept in optimal condition.
