Reporting to: General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in one of Chelsea's top gastro pubs?
Host Staffing is delighted to present a fantastic role for a Restaurant Manager at a renowned establishment in the heart of Chelsea.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff members.
Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and health and safety.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining environment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
