As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will lead by example, inspiring our team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations

Assist in scheduling and managing staff to optimize productivity and efficiency

Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue

Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
