you will lead and be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to F&B Manager and Restaurant Director, the

Restaurant Supervisor

oversees Losars all day dining service of this 64 cover restaurant with bar. You will be responsible for a team, to ensure the seamless running of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
Loscar London is looking for previous Food & Beverage management experience in a similar quality operation, knowledge of finance and accounting including cash handling and reconciliation ideal and proven experience in managing a team essential.
