LER Consultants and Advisors is a boutique talent and search firm dedicated to placing executive level individuals in jobs throughout the United States. Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 -5 years experience in their field of expertise; 
• At least 2 years of management experience or experience leading adults;
• Master’s degree desired
• Certification in their field of expertise
