Retail Account Executive

POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Retail Account Executive to join my client, one of the UK’s market-leading multi-channel retailers. This is an exciting opportunity based in Harrogate for a commercially aware professional to thrive in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

As a Retail Account Executive, you’ll work closely with established retailers including Argos, Amazon, Tesco, Asda, Morrsions, Sainsburys, The Very Group & John Lewis, helping to manage relationships, support sales activity, and contribute to the growth of high- performing product lines. This role is perfect for someone with some experience in account management, retail buying, or commercial support who is ready to progress in a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Account Management team in handling a portfolio of national retail clients.
• Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, and campaign execution.
• Help drive sales performance through strong commercial analysis and planning.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure service levels and campaign activity are delivered effectively.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates, identifying trends and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a retail or commercial support role - ideally within a consumer product environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised with a positive, flexible attitude.

What You’ll Get:

• Basic salary £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
• Profit Share & Bonus Scheme
