Key Responsibilities:
Analyse sales and market trends to identify untapped revenue opportunities and cost efficiencies specific to the fashion industry.
Maximise profit and margin realisation through comprehensive reporting strategically influencing several areas of our business functions such as product offering, retail processes, etc.
Provide key insights into market trends, consumer behaviour, and relevant industry segments to ensure competitiveness and profitability within the fashion landscape.
Develop and implement systematic approaches to price optimisation and margin management, with a deep understanding of fashion industry dynamics.
Contribute to structuring retail processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and optimised resource allocation.
Create and automate sales reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver annual budget forecasting and enhance reporting processes tailored to fashion retail metrics.

Requirements :
Substantial expertise in commercial finance and accounting with relevant academic background
Technical expertise in data modelling, planning, and appraisal, with a focus on fashion retail metrics.
Strong understanding of profitability and sustainability within the fashion industry.

Demonstrated experience in retail fundamentals, including sales, merchandising, and operational processes specific to fashion retail.
