Position: Key Holder / Retail Assistant
Location: Ashford, Kent
Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £14.00 an hour

What You'll Do:

Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.
Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Sunday, 7th: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday, 9th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday, 11th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Monday, 15th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday, 20th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Monday, 22nd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday, 23rd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday, 25th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday, 27th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Monday, 29th: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday, 30th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

July Shifts:

Wednesday, 1st: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday, 2nd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday, 3rd: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday, 4th: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a keyholder or in a similar retail role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts as outlined above.
