For this role you must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday weekly.

The ideal Retail sales Coordinator will have/be:

• Experience in retail, luxury, or fashion (bridal knowledge is a plus).
• A natural multitasker with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
• Enthusiastic, team-spirited, and proactive - ready to lend a hand wherever needed.

As Retail Sales Coordinator responsibilities will include:

• Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints - in-store, over the phone, and via email.
• Support bridal appointments with gown prep, dressing assistance, and styling input.
• Coordinate client communications and ensure timely follow-ups about orders and fittings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support customer lifecycle management.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by delivering a thoughtful, personalised client experience.
• Manage the fittings and collections calendar in collaboration with internal teams.
• Prepare gowns for appointments with meticulous care - steaming, organising, and styling.
• Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, ensuring a warm and elegant environment.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping or in-store collection with attention to detail.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and product flow
• Support the boutique and wider retail team in smooth, day-to-day operations
