Retail Customer Service Representative

About the role:

Reporting to the Retail Customer Service Team Leader in our Retail & Property team, your main objective will be to support our customers and member stores with enquiries. You will use your people skills to build and maintain relationships with retail customers through our various communication channels including through live chat, emails and phone calls. You will primarily support our online shopping service and loyalty programmes. This is an office-based role, located in our Papanui support office.

This is a Full Time, 6 month fixed-term role to cover Parental Leave.
