In this dynamic, field-based role, you'll be the face of the brand at store level-supporting retail partners, driving sell-through, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities as a Retail Field Representative:

• Visit existing retail partners across Germany to provide product training, merchandising support, and sales guidance
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, in-store events, and seasonal sales meetings
• Identify and build new retail relationships to grow our presence in the region
• Monitor retail performance and provide regular reports on sales activity and trends
• Deliver an engaging and consistent brand experience at store level
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Europe and global sales team to align on goals and strategy
• Travel extensively (up to 80%) to engage with retail partners on-site

What You Bring as a Retail Field Representative:

• At least 1 year of experiencein field sales or retail within the outdoor, lifestyle, or sportswear sectors
• Strong understanding of retail environments and customer engagement
• Passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, mountaineering, or camping
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage your own schedule
• Proficiency in MS Excel and confidence with digital tools for sales reporting
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability
