We're recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer seeking a Retail Property Coordinator to join their Retail Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where your property knowledge, negotiation skills, and attention to detail will directly impact the success of retail operations across the UK.

You will be working closely with landlords, property agents, lawyers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help secure the best deals and ensure our retail estate is always fit for purpose, on-brand, and delivering a first-class customer experience.

• Identify and support property opportunities in partnership with the Retail MD and Operations Director.

• Source and develop new retail units, liaising with landlords, agents, and legal teams.

• Manage contracts, leases, Heads of Terms, and negotiations to ensure compliance and P&L adherence.

• Project manage shop and concession refits, coordinating with retail and concession teams.

• Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate shop fit needs based on feedback and site visits.

• Ensure all timelines are met and stakeholders are engaged throughout each project.

• Support the management of the existing store and concession portfolio.

• Minimise operational downtime during openings and closures with the Retail Operations team.

• Oversee facilities and ensure all sites meet brand, safety, and sustainability standards.

• Support dispute resolution and minimise business risk in all property-related matters.

• Proven experience negotiating contracts and securing favourable outcomes.

• Confident communicator, able to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.

• Commercially aware, numerate, and budget-savvy.

• A team player who collaborates well across departments.
