What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations across the store
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring a small, hardworking team
• Managing stock, displays, and supplier relationships
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Ensuring high standards of compliance, safety, and presentation
• Working closely with ownership to develop local sales and community links

What we're looking for:

• A confident, motivated retail leader - ideally from a convenience or supermarket background
• Someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
• A genuine interest in people, product, and local community
• Energetic, positive and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table
