? What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Used Car Manager in a main dealer setting.
• Deep knowledge of used car valuations, stock management, and digital sales channels.
• A natural leader with the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead from the front.
• Results-focused, customer-obsessed, and always hungry to exceed expectations.
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
