Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team of customer service advisors and technicians
• Managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Delivering expert product demonstrations and empathetic customer care
• Collaborating with suppliers and head office teams
• Supporting marketing efforts including social media content creation

• 2–3 years of retail management experience (mobility or healthcare retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A full UK driving licence (preferred)
