A well‑established, award‑winning automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager / Business Manager to join its high‑performing dealership team in Coventry. Role Responsibilities
Advising customers on finance and insurance products while ensuring full regulatory compliance
Building rapport quickly and recommending suitable products based on customer needs
Monitoring F&I performance against budget and taking action to address shortfalls
Supporting management with planning, forecasting, and dealership strategy
Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives
Tracking performance, analysing results, and providing regular updates to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager within the automotive industry
Strong customer‑facing, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional, honest, and solutions‑focused approach
Full, clean UK driving licence
