Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of retail marketing campaigns across the UK network.
• Manage tactical initiatives and quarterly programmes, including media and creative toolkits for retailers.
• Build strong relationships with retailer marketing contacts and support local campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product-led and brand-aligned campaigns.
• Oversee the digital product brochure programme, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Champion brand consistency across all retail marketing touchpoints.
• Support the development and enforcement of brand guidelines.
• Own projects from agency briefing through to post-launch analysis and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in automotive sales or retail marketing.
• Experience working with agencies or external partners.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high standards.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
