Retail Merchandiser - LEGO Brand Ambassador

Stores are buzzing, and there’s no better time to build a rewarding new career. We are looking for engaging, detail-oriented Retail Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors to represent LEGO across local retail stores.

Part Time, Permanent
Salary: £13.45 hr + up to 20% bonus (£15.30/hr OTE)
Mileage: 34p per mile
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 weekdays (must include a Wednesday or Thursday)
Territory: covers from Skipton to Harrogate to Huddersfield to Leyland to Clitheroe

Essential: You’ll need your own car and a full UK driving licence.

What You’ll Be Doing: Bringing LEGO to Life, Store by Store
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where attention to detail really matters.

• Creating Standout Displays: Use your eye for retail merchandising to check stock levels, build eye-catching displays, and support major promotional campaigns so LEGO always looks its best.

• Maximizing Store Visibility: Confidently negotiate with store managers for prime floor space, stock availability, and extra promotional activity to ensure the brand stands out.

• Building Strong In-Store Relationships: Work closely with store colleagues and key decision-makers in major retailers like Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M, and Smyths Toys.

• Delivering Quality Visits: Plan and execute efficient store visits, reflecting LEGO’s core belief that only the best is good enough.

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle
• Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred, but not essential
• A positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in store
