About the Job This is a pivotal role reporting into Ann Perkins, Co-Founder & Managing Director. Primary brand focus is Zombie; working with Ann you will maximise the opportunity with TESCO Accelerator program and win new business in the Top 5 Mults.
Key activities include: Account Management for Retail Customers including TESCO Excellent Customer Service , with mutually beneficial business plans. Build powerful relationships
with our buyers and key stakeholders. Analyse performance
to identify key insights, and use these insights to create, discuss and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth opportunities. New Listings
Identify new ranging opportunities and creatively selling in our range including NPD. Successfully onboard new customers Commercially Savvy : Fully P&L responsible, make smart investment recommendations and building trust internally and with your retail partners. TESCO Accelerator Training : Attend & Leverage the knowledge and insights from TESCO Accelerator Training program (which is leading edge). Brilliant Basics : Completing NLF’s, Promo submissions and Admin accurately and on time. Trade Shows, r epresent Perkier at key trade shows e.g. Lunch! show
What Success Looks Like •
Revenue growth in line with budgets •
TESCO Accelerator growth plan met, with excellent feedback from TESCO and the Zombie leadership •
3 new listings in major retail accounts in 12 months
Additional Considerations Successful track record in a disruptive SME Commutable to office min. 1 day a week Hons Degree A valid UK driving license
