Job Description

Overview and purpose of role:
Based out of our London Head office and under the guidance of the Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will provide consistent and robust support to the Retail Operations team.
The

Retail Operations Intern

will support administratively and practically throughout our busy retail calendar and be flexible across tasks and business requirements.
Our clients take centre stage so an active presence and openness to support our retail teams when needed is required.

Key Responsibilities of role:
Assist and support the Operations team with administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Be actively involved in new Head Office/Retail projects/events as directed and be willing to offer solutions and ideas.
Provide administrative support in relation to compiling

proposals/presentations

where required.
Support the Events Manager and Operations Team on all event initiatives and administration follow up.
Act as the first point of call for Retail teams on operational servicing requests at boutique/ concession level.
Fulfil retail replenishment needs such as retail tools, assets and stationery.
Demonstrate a keen interest in Operational initiatives and responsibilities within luxury Retail, supporting all as needed.
The coordination of travel for Management in Retail and the Operations Team as required.
Assist Retail locations and Store teams from time to time. Retail support will be required during peak trade for example.
Act as a brand ambassador who embodies our values effortlessly at all times.
Coordination of the Northern Europe calendar, identifying and sharing specific dates, projects, and public holidays, working with the wider Operations team.
Oversee effective deliveries to all boutiques and concessions from the Operations Department and Head Office.
Be available to assist other departments and cover reception as needed.

Skills and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position within a luxury or fast paced environment. You will be self –motivated, with an ability to work independently as well as be able to follow guidelines. Confident, with an interest in current trends within fashion and the arts and be able to show this within your work.
A team player who works well under pressure with strong communication skills, an eye for detail and who can meet deadlines.
Promote our Core Values and lead by example as a brand ambassador.
Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Time management: Be punctual and reliable, with ability to multitask.
Proactive by nature and flexibility to work both independently and within a team; promote a healthy team culture, with the ability to collaborate.
Proficiency across Microsoft office applications.
Fluent in spoken and written English; another language such as French an advantage but not a requirement.
