This fast paced retailer is recruiting a Retail Operations Manager to join this Flagship store team in Westfield, West London

As the Operations Manager, you will be an expert in stock control, loss prevention, cash handling, health and safety and all aspects of store operations.

In order be considered candidates will:

• Have previous experience as a leader within retail operations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver a 'customer first’ experience
• Be a team player with the ability to work alone
• Able to build strong and effective relationships
• Posses excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand store targets and KPI’S
• Have excellent planning and time management capabilities
