24 hours per week, over 3 days

£15,460, rising to £16,093

For interior enthusiasts out there, we currently have an exciting temporary 12-month opportunity for a dedicated part-time Retail Sales Advisor to join our small but perfectly formed team, working 3 days per week (24 hours).

As our Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a fundamental role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, assisting them in choosing the perfect products for their homes, whilst working to team KPIs. Your passion for customer service, knowledge of all things decor, and eye for detail will drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience in our factory shop.

You will be responsible for understanding our product range, providing expert advice, and engaging with customers to build lasting relationships.

To be successful as our Retail Sales Advisor, you will have:

  • Experience in retail or customer service - we are especially keen to hear from you if you have worked in proactive, consultative retail/ sales or in a quality service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - communication is the cornerstone of what we do, both with our customers and our internal teams.
  • A genuine passion for home decor and design - we love our products and want you to too!
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets - we want to help our customers with complete room solutions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including regular weekends - your days may vary from week to week and at peak times.
  • Proficiency in handling cash and transactions accurately - this forms part of seamless customer care.
  • Self-motivated, with a cheery disposition, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
