For you, it means more to make an impact that matters, through challenging projects which demand ambitious innovation and thought leadership.Be part of an exciting team where you will be challenged every day.Work closely with the range of teams within the business to bring products to life.Work with customers and identify opportunities to support their strategy and improve their processes across functions.The RoleAs a Retail PLM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for implementing a roadmap of solutions leveraging PLM and Bespoke solutions in the Product Design, Development, Sourcing and Sustainability Areas.Key Responsibilities:Develop a strong understanding of existing processes, systems /application landscape as a building block for future solutions.Work with internal and external stakeholders and shape the landscape and solutions that fulfil strategic goals. Understand the needs / requirements and translate into solutions including fitment into PLM, ERP, Planning and Custom applications. Create a high level and detailed roadmap and update on a regular basis reflecting the latest needs. Establish any gaps and provide alternate solutions, prepare the case for recommendation and present it to Architecture Review Board. Establish weekly connect with Principal Architect, provide viewpoints / best practices and work under their steer. Share solution details to Implementation Team and provide guidance / clarify solutions as appropriate. Validate solutions developed and ensure alignment to solution principles and highlight any gaps and ensure closure on those. Create a technical debt and identify ways to address technical debt in a future roadmap.Your Profile:Key skills/knowledge/experience: Experience of delivering cross-functional, multi-year Solution Architecture roadmaps and supporting artefacts.A deep understanding of solution design including modern architectural patterns and processes and how to apply them to an existing enterprise landscape whilst considering security constraints.Experience in domain of Retail Product Design, Development, Sourcing and SustainabilityExperience of architecting / designing at least one Retail PLM solution. Experience of architecting / designing sustainability solutions like Higgs Index, Worldly, Digital Passport etc. Experience in understanding integration needs between PLM & ERP solutions.Experience of architecting / designing Microservices / Rest API's.Experience of Senior Stakeholder management and influencing, up to and including C-suite level.Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to describe complex technical problems to a variety of audiences.Good to have:FlexPLM will be an added advantage.
